A Complete Book in a Month!
Another day, another drama! I still have a cold, and spent half the day in hospital – a little more stressful than Sunday is supposed to be! The review phase continues, and whilst not as much book has been processed as yesterday I’m still broadly on course, though with more to do tomorrow to round it out. The 50K NaNoWriMo target has been hit comfortably, even allowing for modest loss during the rewrite and edit phases. Writing a complete book in a month has been a challenge for sure, now only three days to go!
As you may recall from Part 1, the twenty-seventh day of the challenge for book writing month is the second day of rewriting. The second third of the book has almost been completed, and I still don’t understand how to rewrite and then edit, so both simultaneously it is… and on that basis, although I look slightly behind, I am actually ahead. The word count has crept up again to 60,384, and that is today done! I am pleased the content still reads well to me, and I hope I’ve got a decent book together.
Day 27 finished, a book written and two-thirds checked for sense and structure. Owing to my cold and the drama of the day I’m going to call it a night! I’m very excited for you to join me on this journey, so subscribe to be kept up to date.
